With a foundation built on a strong sense of community, we've created a place where everyone can feel comfortable, safe and connected. 

Established in 1974, our community includes 64 townhomes in 9 buildings with mature shade trees and open greenspaces. It is self-managed by an elected board of directors and a team of volunteers – all are enthusiastic, caring homeowners.
